During the poster assignment I learned definitions of words I didn’t know before. I also learned how to use different websites to edit pictures of the things we needed for our posters. Some of the words that I didn’t know the definitions for were scale factor, relative frequency table, and line best of fit. Some of the websites we used to edit our pictures for our posters were, Fotoflexer, CC Search Prototype, and Free Images- Pixabay. The website that I mostly used to get my pictures was Google, and I mostly edited the pictures on Fotoflexer using Firefox.
If I could change one thing about this assignment it would be to only do one subject, and have different groups do the others. Then we could just make an IMovie and present them to the whole 7th and 8th grade. We should have done this because doing all subjects took up way too much time especially if you couldn’t figure out a catchphrase. Doing the project this way would have made the whole project a lot easier only having to do one subject.
This poster assignment will most likely help me with the tests that are coming up. Because we found useful ways to describe the definitions of them with catch phrases and pictures to help understand the meanings. It will also help me by some of the posters that my group made they had abbreviations for some and that made them easier for me to remember.
